I'm a big fan of Malcolm Gladwell's books, Tipping Point and Outliers. If you are a fan of his work, this is a good watch. He's great at connecting the most opposite things together to make you think in a new way.

Tipping Point author Malcolm Gladwell gets inside the food industry's pursuit of the perfect spaghetti sauce -- and makes a larger argument about the nature of choice and happiness.

I fell out of love with you years ago. As you exhaled and released me, I moved
away from your bare skin thankful for the night. There are many things I imagined my tears would bring. I thought they'd bring you home. I thought you'd see me, see us.
Wish I could write some things down, carry them everywhere. I am not in love with you. I do not enjoy sex with you. But it feels comfortable, you know the angle of my breasts, memorized the rhythm of my breath.

You know when I leave. I'll be back. We dance around pain, around questions we really want to ask. Angry with you for sharing your love. Going in circles, hoping things will change. Knowing if our feet allowed, we'd continue to dance around the things that stay the same.

Update...

So....I'm still working on getting the mixtape done. Actually going to get some shots taken tomorrow for the cover. The artwork is gonna be nice when it all comes together. The majority of the music is finished, but I am still writing and composing music in the meantime. Speaking of music, for whatever reason, there has been a LOT of good music being leaked/released this week online. It's refreshing and inspiring to hear. To keep in that spirit, here's an oldie but goodie...
