Gladwell, known for his two very popular books, "The Tipping Point," and "Blink," has a new book out called, "Outliers."
This new book focuses on why and how people truly become successful and develop creative genius. In the video, he gives a thought provoking, yet funny speech interweaving Fleetwood Mac with mathematicians and Picasso with our current economic challenges related to our recession.
